The 2026 Honda lineup has 14 models ranging from the efficient HR-V crossover to the rugged Passport SUV and Prologue EV.
  • 2026 Honda models features the completely redesigned Passport, plus the return of the Prelude as a hybrid sports coupe after 25 years.
  • Technology upgrades sweep across the lineup with larger touchscreens now standard on models like the Honda Accord, CR-V, HR-V, and Pilot.
  • The 2026 Honda Civic and CR-V gain new hybrid variants featuring innovative S+ Shift technology that simulates gear changes.

Honda enters 2026 with one of the most comprehensive lineups in its history. It features refinements across the board that bring enhanced technology, improved safety systems, and thoughtful updates to each model. From the efficient Honda Civic to the rugged Honda Passport, the 2026 Honda model lineup delivers reliability and innovation across every segment.

2026 Honda Civic

The 2026 Honda Civic continues the momentum from the 2025 refresh with subtle but meaningful enhancements. While not a complete redesign, Honda focuses on addressing previous criticisms by making technology more accessible across all trims. Blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert now come standard on every 2026 Honda Civic model. The Touring trim gains additional features including low-speed braking support, front and rear parking sensors, and traffic sign recognition technology. Software responsiveness has been improved across the infotainment systems, particularly noticeable on the 9-inch touchscreen found in higher trims. The 2026 Honda Civic model year introduces refined exterior styling with updated front and rear fascias that project a sportier and more aggressive stance.

Civic Hatchback

The 2026 version of the Honda Civic Hatchback shares all the updates found in the sedan version, maintaining the same powertrain options and technology enhancements. The 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback body style continues to provide versatility with its cargo-friendly design while delivering the sporty driving dynamics that have made the Civic a perennial favorite. The 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback receives the same safety upgrades as the sedan, with blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert now standard across all trim levels.

Civic Hybrid

The 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid returns as one of the most significant updates to the lineup. It delivers 200 horsepower and 232 pound-feet of torque from its two-motor hybrid system. Available in both Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid trims, the 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid models achieve exceptional fuel economy ratings of approximately 50 mpg city and 47 mpg highway. For 2026, the Honda Civic Hybrid gains the innovative S+ Shift technology that simulates gear changes, providing virtual rev-matched downshifts and enhanced engine sounds to increase driver engagement. The 2026 Civic hybrid models feature a noise reduction package, body-colored headlight garnish, paint-matching lower spoiler, and reworked interior with a gray color scheme. The Sport Touring Hybrid includes Google built-in integration, leather-trimmed seats, and the premium 12-speaker Bose sound system with Centerpoint surround-sound technology.

Civic Hatchback Hybrid

The 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid brings the same powerful and efficient two-motor hybrid system to the practical hatchback body style. Like the sedan hybrid,  this year’s Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid delivers 200 horsepower combined output and impressive fuel economy figures around 50 mpg city and 47 mpg highway. The 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid shares all the technology and comfort features of its sedan counterpart. This includes the new S+ Shift system, while adding the versatility of a larger cargo opening and folding rear seats for enhanced practicality.

Civic Si

The 2026 Honda Civic Si continues as the performance-focused variant for driving enthusiasts who prefer the traditional manual transmission experience. Honda maintains the Honda Civic Si sporty character with its turbocharged engine, limited-slip differential, and adaptive dampers. The 2026 model receives updates to interior and exterior styling to align with the refreshed 2026 Honda Civic lineup.

2026 Honda Accord

The 2026 Honda Accord arrives with a strategic focus on enhancing the entry-level experience while adding subtle styling touches to hybrid models. Every 2026 Honda Accord now features a standard 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 30% increase from the previous 7-inch display on base LX and SE trims. This upgrade brings wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and a 15W wireless phone charger to all new Honda Accord models. The SE trim receives a notable upgrade with new 19-inch wheels replacing the previous 17-inch design. Sport Hybrid and Sport-L Hybrid models gain sophisticated black exterior accents including black window trim, black decklid badging, black door mirrors, black shark fin antenna, and gloss-black B-pillar trim. A refreshed front fascia features a reshaped lower bumper and grille with sharper edges, while narrower LED headlights integrate better into the horizontal design language.

Accord Hybrid

The 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid lineup continues with Honda’s powerful two-motor hybrid system delivering 204 combined horsepower and 247 pound-feet of torque. The hybrid powertrain pairs a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with dual electric motors, providing strong low-end torque and seamless power delivery. Fuel economy remains exceptional, with EPA ratings reaching up to 48 mpg combined on certain configurations. The Honda Accord Hybrid-specific black exterior accents for 2026 help distinguish these models from their gasoline counterparts while maintaining the sophisticated design language.

2026 Honda CR-V

The 2026 Honda CR-V receives a midcycle refresh that brings technology upgrades across the entire lineup. Every 2026 model now includes a larger 9-inch touchscreen, 2 inches bigger than the previous base screen. Wireless phone charging becomes standard on all trims, addressing a common complaint from previous model years. Higher trims including the EX-L gas model and Sport-L, TrailSport, and Sport Touring Hybrid variants gain a 10.2-inch fully digital instrument display. This provides enhanced visibility and customization options.

The 2026 Honda CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid introduces a new Individual drive mode that allows drivers to customize performance parameters to their preferences. All AWD Honda CR-V models benefit from improved traction management systems with enhanced torque vectoring capabilities. The most exciting addition to the 2026 Honda CR-V lineup is the new TrailSport Hybrid trim. This makes it Honda’s first SUV to combine rugged design elements, all-terrain tires, and the efficient two-motor hybrid system.

CR-V Hybrid

The 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid continues to deliver impressive efficiency with its 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine supplemented by two electric motors, producing 204 horsepower and 247 pound-feet of torque. Fuel economy ratings on this year’s Honda CR_V Hybrid reach 43 mpg city and 36 mpg highway with front-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive models achieve 40 mpg city and 34 mpg highway. The 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid uses an unusual clutch-lockup single-speed transmission that provides smooth power delivery. Technology upgrades mirror the standard 2026 Honda CR-V. All hybrid models now feature the 9-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone connectivity, and wireless charging pad. The Sport-L, TrailSport, and Sport Touring trims receive the 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster for enhanced information display.

CR-V e:FCEV

The 2026 Honda CR-V e:FCEV represents Honda’s return to hydrogen fuel cell technology, combining electric propulsion with hydrogen fuel cell power. This specialized variant provides emission-free driving with the convenience of faster refueling compared to traditional battery electric vehicles. The Honda CR-V e:FCEV fuel cell system generates electricity onboard through a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen, powering the electric motor while only emitting water vapor. While availability remains limited to specific markets with hydrogen infrastructure, the 2026 Honda CR-V e:FCEV demonstrates Honda’s commitment to exploring multiple pathways toward carbon neutrality.

2026 Honda Odyssey

The 2026 Honda Odyssey carries over unchanged from its 2025 refresh. The minivan retains the same powertrain, a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 280 horsepower paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, along with the same technology suite and safety features that the previous year’s Honda Odyssey had. All trims continue to include the Honda Sensing driver assistance package with features like automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and traffic sign recognition. Inside the 2026 Honda Odyssey, families still benefit from the 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and Honda’s innovative Magic Slide second-row seats.

2026 Honda Prelude

After a 25-year hiatus, the Honda Prelude nameplate returns as an exclusively hybrid sports coupe that combines performance with efficiency. The 2026 Honda Prelude features a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine paired with a two-motor hybrid system producing 200 combined horsepower and up to 232 pound-feet of torque. Honda’s new S+ Shift technology debuts on the 2026 Prelude Hybrid, creating a simulated transmission experience with virtual rev-matched downshifts and enhanced engine sounds to maximize driver engagement. The 2026 Honda Prelude Hybrid borrows high-performance chassis hardware directly from the Civic Type R. This includes dual-axis strut front suspension, wider front and rear tracks, and large Brembo brakes with unique Prelude Blue-finished four-piston aluminum calipers. Adaptive dampers come standard and are uniquely tuned for the 2026 Honda Prelude’s grand touring character. Four driving modes provide customization: Comfort, GT, Sport, and Individual.

The sleek two-door hatchback design features flush door handles, laser brazing along the roofline for a clean appearance, and available two-tone roof option. Five exterior colors are available including the exclusive new Winter Frost Pearl. Inside, the driver-focused cockpit features premium sport seats with soft-touch leather and perforated houndstooth pattern, integrated headrests, and three-way heating. A 9-inch touchscreen with Google built-in comes standard. Fuel economy reaches an impressive 46 mpg city and 41 mpg highway, making the 2026 Honda Prelude both thrilling and efficient.

2026 Honda Passport

The completely reimagined 2026 Honda Passport represents Honda’s most significant commitment to rugged capability and authentic off-road performance. The Honda Passport redesign centers around a Born Wild concept that fuses form and function into the ultimate Honda adventure SUV. Every 2026 Honda Passport features a more powerful 285-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine, paired for the first time with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The second-generation i-VTM4 torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system comes standard across the lineup, featuring a 40% stronger rear drive unit with 30% faster response times. Seven selectable drive modes optimize performance for various conditions: Normal, Sport, Econ, Snow, Sand, Tow, and Trail. The exterior receives a bold redesign with boxy, adventure-ready styling featuring muscular flared fenders, stronger roof rails, rectangular headlights with amber LED accents, and a clean grille.

Dimensions of the 2026 Honda Passport have grown significantly, measuring 191.5 inches long, 79.4 inches wide, and 73.1 inches tall. Ground clearance increases to 8.3 inches with short bumper overhangs and a 23-degree approach angle for improved off-road capability. Inside, the 2026 Passport gains a completely redesigned cabin centered around technology and comfort. A 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster and 12.3-inch infotainment screen come standard on all trims, with Google built-in and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Cargo capacity reaches a class-leading 83.5 cubic feet behind the first row and 44.0 cubic feet behind the second row.

2026 Honda Pilot

The 2026 Honda Pilot receives a thoughtful refresh that enhances its position as a family-friendly three-row SUV. The most significant upgrade comes in the form of technology, with every 2026 Pilot now featuring an ultra-wide 12.3-inch touchscreen, 37% larger than the previous model year. The 10.2-inch digital driver display, previously limited to Elite and Black Edition trims, becomes standard across the entire Honda Pilot lineup for 2026. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, Google built-in features, and 5G Wi-Fi hotspot capability are now standard on all models. The cabin experience receives careful attention with new semi-tempered door glass, door insulators, and hood insulator that significantly reduce transmission of engine, road, and wind noise.

A retuned electric power steering system provides increased steering feel and precision across all driving modes. Exterior updates include a larger, more expressive front grille flanked by redesigned headlights, creating a bolder appearance. Roof rails become standard on all trims, adding capability and style. Touring, Elite, and Black Edition trims feature newly styled 20-inch wheels in machine-finished Shark Gray with black lug nuts. Three new colors join the palette: sophisticated Solar Silver Metallic, striking Smoke Blue Pearl, and TrailSport-exclusive Ash Green Metallic. The TrailSport trim gains newly standard heated second-row outboard seats, while Touring models now include a standard 360-degree surround-view camera. Power comes from the proven 3.5-liter V6 producing 285 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with the smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission.

2026 Honda Ridgeline

The Honda Ridgeline enters 2026 with minimal changes, receiving primarily cosmetic updates rather than mechanical revisions. The TrailSport trim gains exclusive access to Ash Green Metallic paint, giving adventure-oriented buyers a distinctive color option. The Black Edition trim now offers an optional contrasting black roof in Sonic Gray Pearl or Platinum White Pearl exterior colors. The 2026 Honda Ridgeline continues with its unique unibody construction and 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Standard all-wheel drive provides confidence in varied conditions.

The innovative dual-action tailgate and lockable In-Bed Trunk remain signature features that distinguish the Honda Ridgeline in the midsize pickup segment. The In-Bed Trunk provides 7.3 cubic feet of secure, washable storage space that can double as an ice-filled cooler. While competitors have moved to turbocharged engines and hybrid powertrains, the 2026 Honda Ridgeline maintains its focus on car-like refinement, smooth ride quality, and practical innovation. Four trim levels are available: Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition.

2026 Honda HR-V

The 2026 Honda HR-V receives a focused update that brings technology features previously reserved for higher trims to the entire lineup. This enhanced display includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and a wireless phone charging pad, all standard equipment on this year’s Honda HR-V. The updated infotainment system features a faster processor for improved responsiveness and lag-free performance. Visual updates include new wheel designs across all three 2026 Honda HR-V trims. The LX gains pewter gray 17-inch alloy wheels, the Sport receives newly styled 18-inch Berlina Black alloys, and the EX-L upgrades to machine-finished 18-inch alloy wheels. Privacy rear glass becomes standard on the LX trim, while the Sport adds gloss-black tailgate badging for a more sophisticated appearance.

The top-tier 2026 Honda HR-V EX-L receives several refinement touches including silver steering wheel spokes, dynamic climate control knob lighting that changes color based on temperature adjustment, and new front footwell ambient lighting. Two new exterior colors debut: sophisticated Solar Reflection Metallic available on LX and EX-L, and striking Boost Blue Pearl exclusive to the Sport model. The 2026 Honda HR-V continues to be powered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 158 horsepower and 138 pound-feet of torque, paired with a continuously variable transmission. Fuel economy ratings reach 26 mpg city and 32 mpg highway for front-wheel drive models, while all-wheel drive configurations achieve 25 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.

2026 Honda Prologue

The Honda Prologue carries over into 2026 virtually unchanged from the 2025 model year, though Honda enhances the ownership experience with improved charging packages. The 2026 Honda Prologue all-electric SUV continues to be built on the GM Ultium platform and features an 85-kWh lithium-ion battery pack. Front-wheel drive models deliver an EPA-estimated range of 308 miles on a full charge, while dual-motor all-wheel drive variants achieve ranges between 283 and 294 miles depending on trim level. Single-motor front-wheel drive configurations produce 220 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque, while dual-motor all-wheel drive models increase output to 300 horsepower and 355 pound-feet of torque. DC fast charging capability supports rates up to 150 kW, allowing the 2026 Honda Prologue to add approximately 65 miles of range in just 10 minutes under ideal conditions.

Honda now includes a portable charging kit as standard equipment on all 2026 Prologue models, supporting both Level 1 and Level 2 charging. Inside, the 2026 Honda Prologue features an 11.3-inch HD touchscreen and 11-inch digital instrument cluster with Google built-in integration, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and HondaLink connectivity. Available features include a panoramic sunroof, premium Bose 12-speaker audio system, two-tone leather-trimmed seats with heating and ventilation, and dual-zone climate control. The spacious cabin provides seating for five with 25.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats, expanding to 57.7 cubic feet with the seats folded. Three trim levels are available: EX, Touring, and Elite, with pricing expected to remain competitive in the electric SUV segment.
